    About The Work

This set of five gelatin prints by the German conceptual artist Günther Förg highlights formal elements as pieces of a visual puzzle, replicating various perspectives and archways to create an elegant compilation of photographic images. Known for his use of saturated color and Modernist abstraction, this work is from an iconic series “Gardone,” which deviates from Förg’s less-figurative mark making and captures Bauhaus architecture.
