About The Work
For this work, Olaf Breuning employs his signature technique of juxtaposing photographic imagery to create a fantastical composition of human and animal hybrids arranged around the planet Earth.
Produced on the occasion of LAND's The Secret (Still) Knows, 2010, this work by Olaf Breuning was inspired by the Robert Frost couplet: "We dance round in a ring and suppose,/But the Secret sits in the middle and knows."
