Ochi Projects Los Angeles
Pauli Ochi opened Ochi Projects in Los Angeles in June, 2015. Though the space is new to Los Angeles, Pauli relates it to Ochi Gallery, which was founded over forty years ago in Sun Valley, Idaho, by Pauli’s parents. Pauli was a witness to her parents’ genuine passion for art and grew up watching them pioneer a unique space for contemporary art within a small town in Idaho. Their ability to convey their passion was inspiring and Pauli would like to build on their tradition of working outside the standard model, seeking new ways for artists and audiences to engage with one another.
