Born in 1970 in Mexico City, New York-based artist Pablo Helguera’s work touches on topics of pedagogy, cognition, politics, history, fiction, and memory. His work generally acquires unusual formats, ranging from formats ranging from experimental symposia, the creation of fictional artists, phonograph recordings, exhibition audio guides, publications, or nomadic museums, as well as his iconic "artoons."
