    About The Work

Echoing contemporary marketing techniques, including subliminal messaging—a noose, clouds and a bullseye-like pattern are all discernible, for instance—Mark Titchner’s It Only Begins demonstrates his continued interest in re-contextualizing the written word. In this case, Titchner found inspiration in the first line a piece of he wrote for Issue 1 of EROS Journal, a free form entry titled Alpha in Situ II.
