    About The Work

In this black-and-white photograph, Tokihiro Sato blends the natural and mystical in a forest landscape. Amid a thick of trees, small pinpoints of light flash from the forest floor. Sato captured this image in the protected region of Shirakami-Sanchi, a virgin forest in northern Japan.
