Steven Zevitas Boston
Steven Zevitas Gallery was founded in 2003 in Boston’s South End and operated as osp gallery through 2007. The gallery represents a diverse group of emerging and mid-career artists. Since its inception, a large part of the gallery’s programming has been dedicated to painting with an emphasis on abstraction. Notable emerging artists who have had their first solo exhibitions in Boston at Steven Zevitas Gallery include: Xylor Jane, Chuck Webster, Franklin Evans, Chris Ballantyne, Andrew Masullo and Jered Sprecher. Group exhibitions have included mid-career artists such as Thomas Nozkowski, Carroll Dunham, Jessica Stockholder, Joyca Pensato, James Siena, Amy Sillman and Chris Martin. In September of 2015, Steven Zevitas opened a second gallery, Zevitas Marcus, in Los Angeles.
