Ever since 1878, Daum has called on the world’s greatest and most prestigious artists. Artists like Salvador Dali, Arman, César, Dan Dailey, Majorelle, Carlos Mata, George Braque ,Philippe Starck , Roland Topor, and Manolo Valdès gave full rein to their imagination and talent, expressing themselves in total freedom through the exclusive medium of crystal.

This legendary French glassmaker has kept alive for almost 150 years a love relationship with Art and has given a second life of crystal and colors to iconic pieces. From the Ecole de Nancy to the Art Deco and Art Nouveau and from the Modern Art to the street Art, the Maison DAUM has not missed any rendezvous of the artistic creation and modern savoir-faire.

This unique know-how using the harmony of crystal and “pâte de verre” is still employed in the atelier of DAUM in Nancy in the Eastern part of France.

DAUM pieces are showed in several museums around the world. Today young artists like Kongo, Jérôme Mesnager, Gonçalo Mabunda or Romuald Hazoumé follow the tradition.
