Eileen Ferara

Ferara’s work has been in numerous exhibits in the United States. In 2022 she received a Jersey City Arts and Culture Individual Artist Fellowship; in 2019, Ferara was an artist-in-residence at Fire Island National Seashore in New York and an Eileen S. Kaminsky Family Foundation resident artist at Mana Contemporary in Jersey City. She was awarded a 2017 Puffin Foundation grant supporting her print installation on the invasive plant species Trapa Natans L. Her work is in the collection of the William Paterson University Galleries, The King St. Stephens Museum of Hungary, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and many private collectors. Ferara holds an MFA from the School of Visual Arts and a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. Ferara is a New York area artist who was born in the Bronx. She currently resides in Jersey City.
