Mark Van Yetter

Mark Van Yetter’s paintings and drawings touch a wide range of art historical styles and idiosyncrasies. Arcing back to the tradition of painting, Van Yetter positions his work in contrast to contemporary trends in art. The artist’s selected solo exhibitions include, Alex Zachary, New York, HOTEL, London, Dispatch, New York, Galerie Micky Schubert, Berlin, and Eva’s Arch at Gavin Brown’s Passerby, New York. Van Yetter has also shown work in a number of group exhibitions including Protocinema, Istanbul 2012; Susanne Zander, Cologne, Studio Voltaire, London, Galerie Dennis Kimmerich, Dusseldorf, and Corvi Mora, London.
