Ingibjörg Birgisdóttir

Ingibjörg Birgisdóttir attended the Iceland Academy of Arts and currently lives in Reykjavík. She makes intricate video animations using hundreds of drawings, old book pages, newspapers, and postcards. In Seven Sisters, she weaves a dreamlike narrative through multilayered collage and drawing. She is also a member of the indie - folk band Seabear, currently recording its second album, and makes music videos, album covers, posters, and book illustrations.
