Charlie Boisson

French multidisciplinary artist Charlie Boisson is best known for his sculptural work, which combines salvaged antique objects with contemporary materials. Boisson takes objects that he finds in the street and online and uses collage to disassociate them from their familiar functions and context. His work is heavily influenced by surrealism, constructivism, and minimalism, and provides an escape from the confines of reality and practicality.

Charlie Boisson’s work has been exhibited in group and solo shows in France, including Biennale OFF de Rennes, Musée d'Art et d'Industrie, Saint-Étienne, Beaux-Arts de Saint-Etienne, and Musée d'art moderne, Saint-Priest-en-Jarez.
