Brian Buckley

Lower Manhattan artist Brian Buckley uses chemical photographic processes to create his images. His work involves Polariod, gelatin silver print, cyanotypes, model building, scanner images and large-scale printing. In 1999, after receiving his degree from Parsons School of Design, Buckley began making photograms and alternative photographs along with small temporary sculptures.

Buckley’s photographs and photo-based installations have been exhibited national and internationally including Abrazo Inferno gallery, New York, Rayko Photo, San Francisco, the Chelsea Art Museum, Camel Art Space, Brooklyn, and Atelier Friderichstrausse, Slegen, Germany. His work has been published in FotoMagazin, Germany, The Collectors Guide to New Art Photography, The Photo Review, and New York Magazine.
