Angkrit Ajchariyasophon

Angkrit Ajchariyasophon earned his MFA in media arts and design from Chiang Mai University and currently lives in Chiang Rai, Thailand. He uses photography, installation, and performance to explore meetings of Eastern and Western cultures. Many works portray satiric assimilation with the West, such as The Perfect English Gentleman (2006), which documents the artist's personal transformation into this particular Western identity.
