Dilip Chobisa

Dilip Chobisa earned his MFA from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Baroda, where he continues to live. Rooted in sculpture, his practice includes photography and experimentation with light and optics, as well as works on paper. Using materials from graphite, acrylic, ink, and watercolor to X-ray film and glass marker, he depicts groups of objects or scenes that often focus on a window. His works draw connections between the observation of inner and outer worlds.
